Executive Chef David Robinson
Chef Dave wanted to be a Chef since he was in high school, he earned his degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. After graduation, Dave started his culinary career as a cook at The Essex Sussex Hotel in Spring Lake, NJ, the Ramada Inn in Baltimore, and the Continental Inn in Lancaster PA.
Heading to Philadelphia in the 80's, Dave worked in the kitchens of Fran O'Brian's, Jon Arthurs, and landed the Chef position at the legendary San Marco on City Line Avenue, where he settled for five years. After returning to Chester County on the teams of the Dilworthtown Inn, Farmhouse, Lenape Inn, and Blue Cafe, he earned the Executive Chef position at the Duling Kurtz House in Exton, where he and his team received the AAA 4 Diamond award 5 years running.
This led to a seven-year run at the critically acclaimed Mile High Steak and Seafood where Dave was honored to be selected, along with an outstanding class, in the inaugural edition of the Best Chefs America publication as a "Best Chef America".
